Alongside my professional qualifications, I bring extensive personal experience in setting and achieving goals in fitness, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. I'm qualified in personal training, group exercise, fitness during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause support. I also hold qualifications in nutrition for sport, as well as nutrition during and after the use of GLP-1 medications, allowing me to support clients with both performance and long-term health goals.
